Yam Ning Yung

Yung Yam Ning was born on the 8th day of the 1st month in the Chinese lunar calendar in 1947 in Taishan, Guangdong, China. He was a devoted father to Diana Yung, who he raised on his own after the untimely passing of his beloved wife, Yung Xiang Qing. 

He dedicated his life to his friends and community, which he cherished endlessly. He worked tirelessly to uplift and support Chicago Guangzhou Association, Xilin Association, Huaxing Arts Group, and countless more. The memories he had the honor of creating with these groups and friends are timeless and filled him with immense joy.

Yung Yam Ning, passed away on October 7th, 2023, at the age of 76. He lived an extraordinary and full life and will be remembered by his loving family and friends.

Services

Visitation will be held on Monday October 16th, 2023 from 9 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. at Dalcamo Funeral Home (470 West 26th St., Chicago, IL 60616).

Interment Mount Auburn Cemetery (4101 Oak Park Ave., Stickney, IL 60402).
