Yue Ming Lin, age 85, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. Yue Ming was the beloved matriarch of her family and played an active role in the upbringing of her many grandchildren. She found joy in gardening, playing Mahjong, watching television dramas, and eating pizza. Her boisterous laughter and warm spirit will forever remain in the hearts and memories of those who knew her.

She was a devoted sister, aunt, great-aunt, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Yue Ming is survived by her two brothers: Guo Ji (Man Ching) and Guo Jian (Cui Ling); five children: Xiu Juan (Wei Jian), Xiu Xian (Yan Ting), Wen Qi (Yan Yan), Xiu Li (Ming), and Di Wen (Xiao Min); fifteen grandchildren: Ada (Dan), Anna (Christopher), Jennifer (Matt), Connie (Carlo), Melissa, Henry, Carol, Randy, Kelly, Kevin, Susie (Bob), Noire, Kelsey, Tiffany, and Daniel;  two great-grandchildren: Ethan and Clara, and many nieces and nephews. Memorial visitation will be Monday, December 9th from 10 am to 12 pm. Interment at Mount Auburn Cemetery.
