Yan Qiong Zhao, 65 lost her life in a tragic car accident on Monday, November 29, 2021. While she will be missed by many, we are thankful that she went home in heaven with Jesus Christ.

Yan is survived by her beloved husband Hui Wen Zhao. Loving children: Miao Ping Zhao, Michael Zhao, and Kelly Zhao Shin;  beloved grandchildren Serina Amy Li and Ethan Ryan Li. Son-in-laws Jun Sui Li and Chris Shin.

Visitation on Saturday 12/4/2021 from 9am-11am at Dalcamo Funeral Home (470 W. 26th Street, Chicago, IL 60616). Interment at Rosehill Cemetery (5800 N. Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60660) at 12:30pm.
