Bill "Wild Bill" passed away in Gainsville, Florida on Sunday, September 29, 2019. He was born in Chicago, lived in Romeoville, and moved to Florida 39 years ago, but his roots are in Chicago. He was a PROUD member of the Turtle  Club; "Are you a Turtle? You bet your sweet butt I am!"

Bill is survived by his wife Kathleen; daughter Debbie (Michael Bo) Secor, son David (Charlene); 13 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren; his sister Debbie (Mike) Secor, brother Raymond (Betty); along with numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Raymond Sr. and his mother Mary; sond Robert, Billy Jr. and Kenneth; granddaughter Pauline; brother John (Darlene) and sister Marylou Copeland as well.

Mike and Debbie Secor would like to invite family and friends to a Memorial Prayer and Celebration for Bill on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Nativity of Our Lord Church, 653 WQ. 37th St. at 12:00 p.m. A reception will follow in the church hall.
