Susan K. Levato; nee Mazarka; beloved wife of John; loving daughter of the late Chester and the late Sherold Mazarka; cherished sister of Vicki (Angie Montalto) Mazarka, Sandy (Glenn) Baytala and the late Rick Mazarka; dear sister-in-law to the Carmen (Peggy), Santo (Betty), Joseph "Jimbo" (Joyce), Gina, Ralph Jr. (Peggy) and Phil., aunt and great-aunt of many. Memorial Visitation Saturday, July 10th from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass 11:00 a.m. at St. Barbara Church, 2859 S. Throop St., Chicago Interment Private.
