Born in Canton, China, Sue grew up in Hong Kong during the challenging years of Japanese occupation, while embracing resilience and determination. Her life took a beautiful turn when she married the love of her life, and together they embarked on a journey to the United States.

A devoted matriarch, she leaves behind a legacy of love and strength through her four cherished sons, eight adoring grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. Her life's narrative is woven with threads of courage and ambition.

At the age of 25, she honed her craft under the guidance of a skilled goldsmith, and by 27, she fearlessly opened her own storefront. For an incredible 65 years, she became a renowned goldsmith and a revered community leader, leaving an indelible mark on those she touched.

Beyond her professional achievements, she found joy in the company of her dearest friends and the exploration of new horizons. Her love for travel was surpassed only by her deep affection for family.
