Sergeant Anthony Thomas Miller

SGT Anthony T. Miller, United States Army Reserves, 346th Military Police Company, 3rd Platoon, 3rd Squad, passed away suddenly in Laredo, Texas. Anthony proudly served his country with dedication and honor. He joined the Leland Police Department on July 30, 2024, as APO #0540, and in October of that same year was activated by his Reserve unit for a year-long deployment to the Southwest Border in support of the U.S. Border Patrol. Known for his unwavering sense of duty, loyalty to his fellow soldiers, and deep commitment to protecting others, Anthony will be remembered as both a brave serviceman and a compassionate friend. Beloved son of Melissa (née Ferro) and Mark Miller. Loving brother of Sophia Miller. Cherished grandson of Linda and the late Thomas Ferro, and Pearl and the late Elmer Miller. Dear nephew, cousin, and friend to many.
