Rachelle C. O'Connor; nee DeSimone; dearly beloved wife of the late Michael; loving mother of Tamarra DeSimone; adored grandmother of Gianna and Marissa Qualls; devoted daughter of the late Mario and the late Frances DeSimone; cherished sister of Louis (Mary) DeSimone, Linda (Philip) Arredia and Anthony (Marie) DeSimone; fond aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Dalcamo Funeral Home 470 W. 26th Street, Chicago. Funeral Friday 10:45 a.m. to Nativity of Our Lord Church for Mass 11:30 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
