Mischelle Lynn Adkins 56 of Chicago IL, passed away at Insight Hospital on Tuesday June 20,2023, after a prolonged illness. She was born February 24,1967 in Chicago Illinois, the daughter of Clay Louis Adkins and Juanita Ruth (Loudermilk) Adkins.

After graduating from Murphysboro IL high school, she attended Northern Illinois university and received her degree in Accounting. She then went on to become a licensed CPA. Mischelle held various jobs and positions through her life, but her greatest love was her children and grandchildren. She loved life and anything outdoors. Whether it was cycling on the lake front or a cookout with family and friends, or just enjoying a good cup of coffee and a good book, she was up for a good time and will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents,

brother William R Adkins, and

Sister Anita L Skobel.

She is survived by her two sons and 3 grandchildren.
