Marie A. Cassidy nee Magurno, 86, passed away peacefully October 7, 2021. She was born July 24, 1935. Loving wife of the late Patrick Cassidy; Daughter of the late Ethel (the late Joe) Fernandez and the Carmen (the late Laverne) Magurno; Loving mother of James (Retired CMDR CPD) (Antoinette) Carlo, Jackie (Joe)  De Stefano, Karen (Bobby) Dorencz, Kevin (Elizabeth) Cassidy, Patty (Hurley) Wilbourne and Dennis Cassidy (Gloria); dear sister of Roseanne Bonoma, the late Carrie Andriacchi, and the late Lillian Baffa; fond sister-in-law of Mary Steinbach, Kay O'Brien, Peter Cassidy, and the late Betty McInerney; Proud Nana of many grandchildren and great grandchildren; fond aunt to many nieces and nephews; cousin and friend to many. She loved St. Jude, her dogs, birds and all the outdoor animals that lived on her block.  Visitation Wednesday from 3 PM to 8 PM at the Dalcamo Funeral Home 470 West 26th Street.
