Feng Ying Chen, 51, a long-time resident of Chicago passed away from breast cancer in which she had been fighting over the course of 3 years. Feng is survived by her husband Zhuo Ze Zhen of 30 years, her son Hong Zhen, her brother Guoyan Chen (Danju Zhang), nephew Wenwei Chen, and many more loving extended family members.

Feng was a tough but extremely fair and loving mother who immigrated to the United States to find a better life for her family. She started with little but with help from family members and hard work, she was able to help raise her child with strong altruistic values of honor and humility. Through her hard work and sacrifice, she and her husband were able to start a family restaurant business. Even through the pain, she still managed the business until she was unable to from complications. She fought an arduous fight with cancer but she remained strong through countless procedures and surgeries. She fought courageously and her strong warrior spirit never wavered. Feng is now resting peacefully until we meet her again for her loving embrace.
