Beloved wife of John Lu; loving father of Pearl Moy, Judy Kwan, Hubert Moy, Alan Lu, and Karen Lu; cherished grandmother of Tiffanie Schmidt, Nathaniel Ing, Nicholas Kwan, Justine Kwan, Trevor Moy, Samantha Kwan, and Tanner Moy; adored great-grandmother of Damen Schmidt and Kayla Schmidt; devoted daughter of the late Hing Shi Lam and the late May Chau Kwong; dear brother of Danny Lam; fond aunt many. Betty was the owner of China Blossom for over 60 years.
